WATERCOLORS AND INKS - MILENKO’S “DAILY ART FITNESS”
“I started drawing when I was five years old, and have maintained that practice all my life. As my life became busier with family and work, I learned to squeeze these small creations into available time. I work with pencils, watercolors, ink and simple sculptures. I work very quickly, trusting that the first line will lead to another. These works are my way of keeping my mind, eye and hands working together. They are my art fitness exercises that also bring a lot of simple pleasure. Sometimes I paint with my friend, James Hubbell, who would say ‘this is so much fun - it should be illegal!’ ”
Inks vary in size from 30”x 24” to 24”x18” and Watercolors are from 16”x12” to 12”x9”.
